Repairs and Maintenance


A dedicated division of Fairdeal Windows offering quality pro-active or reactive repairs and maintenance to homeowners and social housing providers who have had windows, doors or conservatories installed by companies who are no longer trading or where guarantees provided by them are no longer valid.

We are able to repair and maintain all modern PVCu and Aluminum window and door systems and only utilise quality hardware which is ISO 9002 and PAS 011 certified where possible. Double-Glazed units are Pilkington manufactured to BS5713.

We will offer retail and commercial clients unbiased advise on the upgrading of windows and doors to satisfy service conditions based on 20 years of manufacture and installation experience. We are also able to offer a security upgrade service for windows and doors.

For our regular, volume use customers such as local authorities and housing associations we have a dedicated and bespoke database system for handling, monitoring and reporting on each and every job we do. As a web based application our clients can easily check the status of their repair orders online providing them with a considerable cost saving in terms of resources, time and telephone calls. At any one time we can have 300-400 open repair orders and this system enables us to manage them effectively and efficiently, the knock on effect to our clients is high quality service which leads to improved efficiency.

ServiceCall Pro enables customers to have real time visibility on the status of repair orders placed with us. As an electronic management system it virtually eliminates the need for telephone calls and paperwork.

This tool allows the user to enter, modify and track customer service requirements.

Each service call can be assigned an SLA (Service Level Agreement) that gives the user an immediate indication as and when a service call is required to be complete.

Our engineers are equipped with hand held PDA devices which interface with the application capturing digital signatures for completed jobs and providing real time updates on cost and status of orders.
